She was fascinated by its capabilities. Parents May-Britt along with Jan Oystein Aksnes encouraged her to study music, not for a career or hobby but to grow. Her parents advised her to compose. Bjork as well as Leonard Cohen are among her most favored composers. Her mother was supportive of her performing her songs in public, not in order to gain fame but rather in order to show others the importance of their work and how they can make a difference for the world. The mother of her child suggested that she sing her songs in public so that people can see their importance and the ways they could impact the world.
